Job summary

Aerie is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in the store. You’ll ensure an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program. You’ll move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed while upholding company values and integrity.

You’ll join a team that values energy, guest-focus, and teamwork, with opportunities to grow and enjoy employee perks such as product discounts and store rewards.

• You're available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for, and you do so with a 'friends first' mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and assist your team to get the job done.
• Adhere to AEO's policies & procedures and uphold integrity.
