Job summary

AEO Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Broomfield, CO to bring our brand to life and provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience. You are proud to represent our brand and will educate guests on AE & Aerie products while building loyalty.

You’ll flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, delivering friendly service and resolving guest questions in a fast-paced retail environment. 18+ required and prior retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to find products they love.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make thoughtful suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following store policy.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a smooth, friendly guest experience.
