Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador at The Village at Meridian. You will bring the brand to life in-store, ensuring an amazing shopping experience and representing our values with your REAL self every day.

You will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• At least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fitting items.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Support team efforts to get the job done and uphold brand values.
• Represent the company with integrity in all interactions.
