American Eagle is a leading American jeans and apparel brand, and this part-time Brand Ambassador role brings our brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and making every guest's day brighter.

You’ll engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, share the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding company policy.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Energy and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make suitable recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Support your team and contribute to a positive in-store environment.
