American Eagle in Village of Rochester Hills is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and building loyalty with every guest.

You will educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding our brand values and integrity. Join a team that delivers great service.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to assist with their needs.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to help get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
