Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You will engage guests, share product details, and promote loyalty programs while representing our values and authenticity.

You’ll flex across salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom, delivering great service and solving guest concerns with integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find items.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make suitable suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following store policy.
• Support team and contribute to getting the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
