Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the AE brand to life in-store. You will create an amazing shopping experience for every guest and proudly represent the company values with your authentic self.

You will educate guests about AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Prior retail experience is a plus, and evenings/weekends/holidays availability is desired.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Energetic and friendly with strong communication.
• Interest in AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support team goals and collaborate with colleagues.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
