Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will be the face of the brand, excited to educate guests on AE & Aerie products and to enroll them in the loyalty program.

Your day involves engaging guests across multiple zones, solving problems with integrity, and collaborating with the team to meet store goals. Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

• Friendly and engaging with customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable options.
• Introduce and explain the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Move flexibly across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to store policies.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done and maintain store standards.
