Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Lancaster, PA to bring the brand to life in-store. You will engage guests, share product details, and drive loyalty program participation in a fast-paced retail setting.

You should be energized, personable, and ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience is a plus, and you will move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a people person who can engage guests with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Ability to stay energized and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience in retail is a plus and helps with product knowledge.
• Commitment to company values and providing a great guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the brand model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy and act as a team player.
