Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will greet guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while maintaining an energetic, friendly atmosphere.

You’ll flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, handle multiple tasks, and resolve guest concerns per policy. Prior retail experience and availability evenings, weekends, and holidays are a plus.

Qualifications

• For this role you should be able to engage guests with a friendly, proactive approach.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Retail experience and comfort with fast-paced environments are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie products and suggest fitting options.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy and maintain brand integrity.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth, enjoyable shopping experience.
