Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the AE/Aerie experience to life in-store. You’ll welcome guests, guide them with the AEO Selling Model, and share product details to help them find perfect fits.

You will work across salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed, with availability evenings, weekends and holidays. Expect a friendly team, employee discounts, and opportunities to grow within the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail environments is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience for guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and reference loyalty programs.
• Assist across salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
