Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Washington, PA is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You will greet guests, educate on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while delivering a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AE Selling Model to assist finding products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fits.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Move across sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following store policies.
