Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while representing the brand with integrity.

Ideal candidates enjoy people, have energy to handle multiple tasks, and are available evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience is a plus, and you must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic personality for in-store interactions.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred; familiarity with AE/Aerie products helpful.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE&Aerie product features and benefits.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Fl ex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while adhering to policies.
