Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Lancaster, OH.

You will create a welcoming shopping experience, educate guests about AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while representing our brand with energy and integrity. In this role, you will move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, delivering friendly service and resolving guest concerns in line with policy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Passionate about AE & Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make fitting recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support overall store goals.
