American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and provide guests with an exceptional shopping experience. You will represent our values, share product knowledge, and foster brand loyalty with every guest.

In this role you will work across multiple store areas, engage customers with energy, and support team goals while upholding company policies and delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and can engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays to meet store needs.
• Retail experience is preferred to understand in-store dynamics and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests with a 'friends first' mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest options to fit their needs.
• Highlight the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support coworkers to get the job done.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
