Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on product details and fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program to guests.
• Provide flexible support across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
