Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will provide a memorable shopping experience, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Part-time availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• You are at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support your team and contribute to store goals.
