Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You will provide an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while building brand loyalty with every guest.

Expected to flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, you will resolve guest concerns with a friendly, policy-aligned approach and support teamwork to get the job done.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a friends-first approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Move fluidly between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals.
• Represent the brand with integrity and adhere to all policies.
