American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Towson, MD seeks a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the AE brand to life and provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it, with a passion for AE & Aerie products.

You’ll educate guests on product details, suggest items, and promote the AE loyalty program while flexing between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! you engage with every guest to help them find what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make tailored suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and support your colleagues to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.
