Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life daily in-store. You’ll deliver an amazing shopping experience, represent our values, and share the brand love with every guest.

As the face of AEO, you’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, explain the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while keeping policy in mind. Be energetic, people-focused, and a team player.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have prior retail experience and enjoy interacting with guests.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to help find products using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Work as a team player and support store teammates.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
