Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and making guests leave happier than when they arrived.

You’ll educate guests on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, and collaborate with the team to solve problems while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie products and make product recommendations.
• Promote and explain the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a high-energy, customer-focused environment.
