Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters (AEO Inc.) is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in store. You will greet guests, educate them on AE & Aerie products, promote loyalty programs, and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment.

You’ll rotate across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom while delivering exceptional service. The role emphasizes energy, multitasking, and passion for retail, with opportunities to grow through handling guest needs and brand

Qualifications

• Must enjoy interacting with people and delivering great guest experiences.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Loves AE and Aerie products to confidently educate guests.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist team to achieve store goals and teamwork.
