Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You will create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs while embodying our values.

You'll work across salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom, handling multiple tasks with energy and integrity to keep guests coming back. Prior retail experience and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays are preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fits.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following policy.
• Collaborate with team to get the job done.
• Uphold company policies and integrity.
