Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will greet guests, educate on AE & Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs while representing our company values and authentic self.

You will flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, handle guest concerns, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience is a plus, and you must be at least 18.

Qualifications

• Must love interacting with people in a fast-paced store.
• Energy and enthusiasm to engage guests and drive brand loyalty.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks across zones (Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, Stockroom).
• Prior retail experience is a plus and demonstrates reliability.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AE Selling Model to find items they love.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make suitable recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
