Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Canton, OH. You will greet guests, drive brand loyalty and ensure an amazing shopping experience, embodying the brand values every day.

You’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. Prior retail experience and 18+ are preferred to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fitting options.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals and deliver great experiences.
