Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Ohio is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to create an engaging shopping experience. You will be the face of the brand, educating guests on AE & Aerie products and driving loyalty program sign-ups wherever you work in the store.

You will rotate between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, delivering friendly service while upholding company policies and values. Must be 18+ and retail-experienced.

Qualifications

• Engage with guests and build brand loyalty.
• Provide product knowledge and make fitting recommendations.
• Represent AE&Aerie with enthusiasm and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support team to get the job done and maintain store standards.
