Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Beavercreek, OH to bring our brand to life in-store. You will create an amazing shopping experience and be the face of the brand, sharing product knowledge and promoting loyalty programs.

You will move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting rooms and stockroom, answer guest questions, and uphold AE policies with integrity. Prior retail experience and a passion for AE and Aerie help you shine.

Qualifications

You love interacting with people.
You’re full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
You’re available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
You love AE and Aerie products and have retail experience.
You’re at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests and help them find what they’re looking for.
Educate guests on product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
Move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
Be a team player and help the team get the job done.
Show integrity and adhere to policies and procedures.
