Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Westlake, OH is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life daily and provide guests with an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of our company and you’ll proudly represent AE and Aerie, sharing product passion and building loyalty with every guest.

You will flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, educate guests on products, introduce the loyalty program, and uphold brand values with integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• You're a people person and you use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests.
• You educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest options to fit their needs.
• You can flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to help them find what they're looking for with a friendly, confident approach.
• Educate guests on product details and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Assist across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while adhering to policy and standards.
