Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Columbus, OH is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and create an amazing shopping experience. You will be the face of our company, passionate about AE and Aerie products, and dedicated to building loyalty with every guest.

Responsibilities include engaging guests with our selling model, educating on product details, promoting the loyalty program, and flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

Love interacting with people.
Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Passion for AE and Aerie products.
Previous retail experience preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need with a friendly, “friends first” approach.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy.
Be a team player and support colleagues to get the job done.
Uphold brand values and integrity in every interaction.
