Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to create an exceptional in-store experience. You’ll engage guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

You will uphold policy with integrity and be a team player who brings energy to a fast-paced environment. You must be available evenings, weekends and holidays and enjoy working with people.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers in a retail setting.
• Ability to learn AE/Aerie product details and make recommendations.
• Willingness to promote loyalty programs and brand channels.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Support the team to get the job done with a positive attitude.
• Uphold company policies and maintain integrity.
