Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You will engage with customers, educate them on AE/Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across Salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.

Prior retail experience and a positive, energetic attitude are essential. You will represent the brand with integrity and work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
