Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll provide an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while embodying our values.

You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, delivering friendly service and proactive issue resolution in a fast-paced environment. This role requires energy, reliability, and a passion for retail.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest-facing roles.
• Able to handle evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for AE & Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
