Qualifications

• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Retail experience preferred
• Able to learn AE/Aerie products quickly
• Enjoy helping guests and building brand loyalty
• At least 16 years old

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make suggestions
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy
• Collaborate with team to meet store goals
