Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to elevate the in-store shopping experience. You will be the face of our brand, share product passion, and foster loyalty with every guest.

You’ll represent our values, bring your authentic self to work, and adapt across multiple store zones to serve customers. You’ll engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program.

Qualifications

• Prioritize guest satisfaction and build brand loyalty.
• Ability to engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Strong communication and energy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to help them find products using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suggestions.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Move fluidly between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly while following company policy.
• Support team and contribute to a positive, inclusive store environment.
