Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and create an amazing shopping experience for every guest.

You will be the face of our brand, share product knowledge, and drive loyalty while reflecting AE values and bringing your real self to work. You will rotate across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, solving guest concerns and contributing to a friendly, energetic team environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and upbeat attitude.
• Able to adapt to different store areas and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.
• Support team goals and collaborate with colleagues to get the job done.
• Uphold company policies and maintain integrity on the job.
