Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing our company values with authenticity.

You will engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE/Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• Must love interacting with customers and build rapport.
• High energy with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced store.
• Experience in retail is preferred, with knowledge of AE/Aerie products.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to guide shopping.
• Educate guests on AE/Aerie product details and make recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a great in-store experience.
