American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Sevierville, TN is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience for every guest.

You will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. A strong team player who loves retail and the brand will thrive.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in retail preferred.
• Genuine passion for AE & Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a 'friends first' mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suitable suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and assist colleagues to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.
