You are the face of our company and proud to represent our values with your REAL self. You will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on product details, share the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom to assist wherever needed.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and providing great shopping experiences.
• Experience in retail and customer service is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE/Aerie product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
