You’re the face of our company, passionate about AE and Aerie products, and you love building brand loyalty with guests. You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, educate guests on product details, enroll them in the loyalty program, and uphold our values with integrity while working

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and creating a positive shopping experience.
• High energy with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable options.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
