Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Sevierville, TN seeks a Part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the AE/Aerie brand to life in-store and provide customers with an amazing shopping experience.

You will be the face of the brand, building loyalty with every guest and representing the company values with your REAL self. You will engage guests using the AE Selling Model, educate them on product details, and make tailored recommendations.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people!
• You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays!)
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You've worked in retail before.
• You're at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AE Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following store policy.
• Be a team player and assist teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold the company policies and procedures with integrity.
