American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will deliver an amazing shopping experience for every guest, representing our values and bringing your REAL self to work daily.

You will engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to engage with guests and educate on products.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the #teamwork mindset.
• Uphold integrity by adhering to AEO's policies and procedures.
