Tecovas is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to lead a team and manage total store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive customer experience, product flow, and visual standards while partnering with store leadership to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires 3+ years of retail management, a strong leadership presence, and the ability to coach, train, and develop staff. You must be able to work 40 hours weekly, including weekends, and reliably commute.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Retail Management experience.
• Exceptional leadership, selling, and customer service skills.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Experienced in coaching, counseling & conflict resolution.
• Must be able to reliably commute and work 40 hours per week including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates an environment of genuine customer connection and delivers high-quality service.
• Supports Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Delivers world-class training and ensures completion of onboarding paths.
• Maintains visual merchandising standards and supports product launches.
• Upholds shipments, transfers and loss prevention procedures.
