Job summary

Scion Staffing, on behalf of a professional services organization in San Francisco, seeks a Part-Time Bookkeeper (Temporary) to support day-to-day bookkeeping and invoicing while a team member is on leave.

This role offers about 20 hours weekly for five weeks, with AMS360 experience preferred. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, independent, and able to maintain accurate financial records with minimal oversight.

Competitive hourly pay of $30–$35 will be paid for the duration of the assignment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with bookkeeping and general accounting processes.
• Experience preparing, processing, and managing invoices.
• Experience with AMS360 or the ability to learn new accounting systems.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy and organizational skills.
• Reliable, professional, and able to independently manage established bookkeeping responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare, process, and track invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Enter and maintain financial information within AMS360.
• Review records for accuracy and address discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and continuity of bookkeeping processes.
• Independently prioritize responsibilities and complete time-sensitive financial tasks.
