Job summary

Primoris Pipeline Inc. is seeking a part-time Billing Supervisor in Oregon to lead a team of billing specialists and manage the end-to-end billing process for pipeline projects.

You will ensure accurate invoicing, adherence to contracts, and timely collections, while implementing best practices and controls. The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of AR/billing, and proficiency with SAP/Oracle and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years in billing/accounts receivable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in construction/engineering/project-based industries, preferably pipeline/heavy civil.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor a billing team.
• Oversee end-to-end billing cycle including invoice generation and submission.
• Review invoices for correct charges and documentation; ensure contractual compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers and operations to gather billing data.
• Monitor accounts receivable and pursue overdue payments; support collections.
• Develop billing best practices and improve efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze billing reports; provide insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and client requirements.
• Assist with month-end/year-end closing related to billing and revenue.
• Participate in system improvements for billing software and processes.
• Handle escalated billing inquiries and disputes promptly.
