Qualifications

• 3+ years in billing, AR, or similar finance role in energy/ construction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit invoices based on contracts and work orders.
• Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve invoicing issues.
• Collaborate with PMs, operations, and accounting to gather billing data.
• Maintain organized billing records and backups.
• Assist with month-end closing related to billing and AR.
• Process change orders and adjustments to invoices.
