Primoris Pipeline Inc., a subsidiary of Primoris Services Corporation, seeks a part-time Billing Supervisor to lead a billing team and ensure accurate invoicing across projects. The role covers end-to-end billing, AR oversight, and coordination with project managers to meet contractual terms.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in accounting or related field and 5+ years in billing, with at least 2 in supervision, preferably in construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in billing/accounts receivable, with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based industries, preferably pipeline or heavy civil.
• Strong understanding of billing principles and revenue recognition.
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and advanced Excel.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of billing specialists.
• Oversee end-to-end billing cycle: invoicing, submission, and follow-up.
• Review and approve invoices for accuracy and contract compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers and operations to gather billing information and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor accounts receivable and pursue overdue payments.
• Develop and implement billing best practices.
• Prepare and analyze billing reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, company policies and client billing requirements.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing related to billing and revenue recognition.
• Participate in system improvements of billing software and processes.
• Handle escalated billing inquiries and disputes.
