Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Billing Specialist to manage vendor invoice processing, approvals, lien waivers, and account reconciliations essential to Operations and Projects. The role interfaces with Engineering, Procurement, and Accounts Payable to ensure timely payment and precise coding.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AP or related fields, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of accounts payable, project administration, or related experience.
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, cost coding, and approval workflows.

Responsabilités

• Review and validate vendor invoices for accurate coding, tax compliance, credits, retention, and lien waivers.
• Coordinate invoice approvals and verify field completion for timely processing.
• Ensure AP deliverables are routed, approved, and processed before due dates.
• Track and organize lien waivers across projects with thresholds and requirements.
• Reconcile accounts and analyze financial data using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Provide training and support to project teams on AP processes and systems.
