Job summary

The Region HR is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Coordinator (Part-Time) to bridge communication gaps and champion accessibility for the aging and adult population in the Tri-County Area. The role focuses on translation and interpretation, outreach, and case support, with approximately 40% local travel and a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will collaborate with program managers, support bilingual communications, and assist with reports, time tracking, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Social Work, Communications, Human Resources, or related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in customer service, case management, social services, or administrative coordination.
• Foundational familiarity with aging, healthcare, and adult social services resources, Medicaid Waiver knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate agency forms, policies, and correspondence; serve as primary interpreter for bilingual clients, vendors, and the public.
• Develop knowledge of aging, healthcare, and adult social services resources.
• Support bilingual communications, reports, and program rollouts for leadership and managers.
• Participate in annual process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Assist with outreach and coordination across the Tri-County region.
