Job summary

The UpCounty HUB is seeking a Community Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for HUB clients and partners. This role emphasizes responsive communication, delivery coordination, and collaboration with the HUB Administrator and managers.

You will collaborate with partners to plan events, manage data, and provide compassionate service to families, including strong Spanish-language support for emergencies. The position requires flexibility to participate in community activities as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to HUB communications via emails, phone calls, and voicemails.
• Refer clients to a case manager.
• Coordinate and print accurate home delivery lists.
• Work with Hub Assistant to ensure home delivery to families.
• Plan community events, donation drives, and fundraisers with HUB managers and partners.
• Monitor and report on changing community needs based on client feedback.
• Serve as bilingual contact for families affected by emergencies and disasters.
• Coordinate monthly diaper distribution.
• Record, store, and communicate data to Managers.
• Attend community events as needed.
