Collins Community Credit Union is seeking a Part-time Bilingual Member Representative at the Court Ave branch in Des Moines. You will deliver high-quality member service, handle routine financial transactions, and educate members on products to support their financial goals.

The role emphasizes a sales-driven approach within a supportive team, requires fluency in Spanish and English, and availability during normal business hours including Saturdays on a rotating basis.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or cash handling preferred.
• Ability to operate standard office software and digital tools.
• Bondable as per Iowa and CCCU guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first contact for members and guests.
• Process routine financial transactions accurately.
• Cross-sell and refer products and services to members.
• Educate members on products, services, and digital solutions.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain records per procedures.
